It is made of black walnut tree which comes from an very old walnut orchad destroyed by the disease. Mario has saved the wood and after the necessary treatment he selected the part where the wood divides into the branches. Like that he revealed beautiful structure and gave the table board this stunnig look. The sandstone used as a holder has been adjusted manually, so the whole table - "the surf on the rock" is hand made which makes him also so unique.
The table was named Duke, in honor to the great competition swimmer Duke Kahanamoku who popularized the sport of surfing.
